Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use it for marketing and product support services. We mostly use it as a training tool for current users (as well as a way to keep them updated and trained on new product features) but also for lead generation via thought leadership webcasts.
  • I like the multi-registration pages that allow users to view multiple webcasts on one registration page.
  • Easy to actually run a webcast.
  • The quickly available on-demand versions of webcasts are great.
  • Having to have both a producer and a presenter can feel redundant at times when really only person needs to be present.
  • More formatting options for emails would be great, to help them become more branded.
  • It's been really helpful as a support tool for current users when new features roll out.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
  • Optimize campaign nurture programs
We used ON24 pretty much the same during the pandemic as before--but it was helpful to already have online training and events in place.
It seems like it would be rather easy to use. Although it is a bit expensive for a level which only allows us 2 licensed users.
I think it's really useful for thought leadership webcasts as well as how-to webcasts for companies that are hoping to have their users be a bit more self-guided. The on-demand nature means webcasts can be reused well past their air date too, which is great for smaller teams.
