Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We utilize ON24 to produce live and on-demand webinars for our members, predominantly as a way to provide CPD learning material, enhance our product value and therefore increase customer loyalty and retention. The platform enables us to be creative with our content and reflects our market-leading status with the various branding options. We are moving to a digital-first strategy in terms of customer engagement and events. Previously we were delivering award-winning physical events, so we need our digital events to-rated just as highly.
  • Branding and customization of the look of the platform and emails.
  • Ability to issue CPD certificates and control when they are issued e.g have to attend for a certain time, complete a test, etc.
  • User-friendly 'studio' for presenters and producers.
  • I would love to see some 'hints and tips' that automatically pop up for a user on different areas of the screen the first time they use the platform e.g showing how to resize a tool, and how to make a tool appear.
  • They need to find an easier way for 1 person to register multiple people for the same webinar - having to delete cookies every time is not very user-friendly.
  • I would love to see the highlighting of engagement tools be shown on a phone as well as a laptop/PC.
  • I would love to be able to unmute a member of the audience when required.
  • Increase in customer engagement - 40% increase in live viewers of our content within 6 months.
Unfortunately due to our company systems we currently cannot integrate our CRM system, although this is something we have planned for the future. We therefore cannot utilize the analytics as much as we would like to.
Originally I was not keen on the shift from physical to virtual events. Our physical events were very well regarded, whereas it is hard to gain the same level of enthusiasm for Digital events, however, the feedback we are receiving from our members speaks for itself. We are able to deliver much more content to a much wider audience on a more frequent basis, which is pleasing to our members and adds value to our product. We are also able to repurpose the content on various channels to really make the most of the time and effort put into delivering the digital event.

ON24 works well for customer engagement and for demonstrating the WOW factor for the audience. It does not work as well for when you want to be able to have a bit more of a 2-way conversation. It would be great to be able to unmute members of the audience when required.
