Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 provides a simple and well-designed way for us to execute webcasts, that then bring in leads for our organization. As a B2B company, we are constantly looking for lead generation opportunities, and the data collected from our webcasts makes that super easy. We also use the Engagement Hub to house training content for our current users.

We use the Engagement Hub to house training materials for our current users. The analytics we receive from that (how many views, how long they are watching, etc.) has helped us learn more about our current users and create more engaging content.
ON24 has made it much easier to produce and present webcasts with various members of our team, and it looks much better than just recording something on Zoom.
For the types of webcasts we need, it's been an excellent tool.
We liked ON24 more because of the customizable console, where you can add a background, upload materials for viewers to download, input polls, have a Q&A box where you can view the questions before sharing them live, and other engagement tools beyond just a chat box. Ultimately the look and feel of ON24 was the selling point - it is very professional and customizable.

For webcasts, ON24 has been great. The Engagement Hub isn't as strong of a tool, in my opinion, as there's less you can customize.
