Overall Satisfaction with OpenGov

OpenGov is being used across the whole organization to track spending, both current and past. It is also being used community wide as a transperancy tool.
  • They are very Customer Service centered.
  • OpenGov is helpful with training and understanding their product.
  • OpenGov is responsive to changes in the government sector and update their product regularly.
  • As they development new products I think they have a tendency to forget what brought them to the table.
  • I think OpenGov has given a small city like ours the ability to track and report like the big guys.
  • OpenGov has provided searchable data at my fingertips with the ability to provide answers instantly.
  • With OpenGov we now have 5 yrs of financial data to use

The OpenGov platform has been relatively easy for all staff at different levels to implement into their daily workday.
They have always resolved any issues we have had. It has been timely and responsive.
OpenGov employs people who have worked in the governmental finance world. This gives them the ability to understand how things actually work in our environment. They have been providing user regional user group meetings on our area giving their staff face-to-face interaction with our staff.
