Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Feature Experimentation

We use it to AB test messaging ideas in unique placements on our website that we otherwise would not be able to communicate on.
  • Allows you to segment test to desired customer groups.
  • Allows you to schedule tests to automatically start and stop at a set time.
  • User friendly UI.
  • App testing is more difficult to utilize than desktop testing.
  • It has allowed us to communicate in places on the website we otherwise could not. Expanding our ability to communicate to the customer and understand better what methods of communication are best.

It is great for testing ideas in unique placement areas like shopping bag and product pages. But the user interface for App is more difficult to use than web testing.
