Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

Eloqua is used in my organization primarily for B2B marketers, to help and automate the lead generation process. We use in many scenarios for example when someone downloads a newsletter from your website or from email (link) or event when someone submit RFPs. It helps to proactively build the relationship with prospectives.
  • Eloqua has excellent social media tracking and lead follow capabilities.
  • Eloqua helps to leverage demographic scoring and progressive profiling to increase conversion rates in conversion funnel.
  • AB testing capabilities.
  • Sound analytics reporting.
  • Eloqua should work on improving functionalities such as organizing and reusing creative through content management.
  • They can improve the tracking and introduce multi-variate testing in emails.
  • Increased conversion rate for targeted customers.
Marketo and Adobe Campaign
Overall Eloqua when used in combination with Bluekai is a great overall targeting tool for optimal offers and increasing conversions.
