Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Oracle Eloqua is managed and primarily used by Marketing, but we enable other departments within the organization to use it. Other departments that use Eloqua primarily use it to build their own emails (which we send for them) or pull their own reports. Eloqua is our core marketing program that we use to create emails, forms, and landing pages, manage contacts, and score sales leads.
  • Visual campaign canvas that allows you to map out your marketing campaigns and automation, ensuring there aren't any gaps.
  • Easy-to-use, responsive WYSIWYG email, form, and landing page editors.
  • Robust Cloud Marketplace with lots of apps that make setting integrations up quick and easy.
  • The clunky reporting user interface has a steep learning curve.
  • Lack of customization for email design systems: unable to create and save your own drag and drop WYSIWYG modules.
Oracle Eloqua is particularly well-suited for handling large amounts of data. We have utilized Custom Objects to do some extremely complex, personalized campaigns where 100% accuracy was absolutely vital, such as onboarding new reps and sending them emails with their old and new rep codes. It has allowed us to be nimble and agile in implementing solutions that would've taken our internal IT department months to implement.

Oracle Eloqua has the best combination of features, scalability, visibility into campaign and lead activities, and user interface of any of the marketing automation software or email service providers I've used.
Oracle Eloqua is a powerful B2B marketing automation software that is great for enterprises running large scale, multichannel digital marketing campaigns. There is a way to do almost everything you want to do in your marketing program, or you can integrate with a partner software that does things that Eloqua itself can't. I will say that it is not the easiest or most intuitive marketing automation software I've ever used, and it's best suited to experienced users if a company isn't willing to invest in the Oracle Education Pass.
