Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation
Pardot is currently being used by our marketing department. It allow us to create and maintain email campaigns, capture form data and leads!
Pros
- Create email templates to be used by other users of the platform to send branded emails easily without breaking the code.
- Create form templates to be used by other users of the platform to create form instances easily without breaking the code.
- Create landing page templates to be used by other users of the platform to create LP instances easily without breaking the code.
Cons
- A/B testing across emails, Landing Pages, forms
- "HTML Blocks" or "predefined snippets" I can create and then another user can drag into place. Reusable blocks of code with Pardot regions to edit what I want.
- A more concrete definition of "Layout templates." Form templates, email templates and LP templates are all considered "Layout templates" but they all seem to have different editing interfaces / limitations - yet they're all lumped together as just 'templates'
- Better lead conversion / accrual
- Better email consistency
I didn't have an option, but its great!
