People Matter is my life saver.
Overall Satisfaction with PeopleMatter
We use PeopleMatter for all of our hiring and on-boarding. It has been a huge help for me. We have 250 employees and I go through 14 employees every two weeks. I love that PeopleMatter is always evolving. They have quarterly updates and they do listen to their clients and their needs.
Pros
- Quarterly Updates
- Paperwork interaction from Manager to Employee
- Hiring / Application questions and testing
Cons
- I wish the reports had a little more customization. I know they have already improved them since we have been using them but they're just not there yet.
- Links for the Employee's to be able to contact HR or Payroll
- Employee Dashboard having more functionality for them.
- Our pool for applicants has been improved.
- Our turn over has decreased.
- Our onboarding is more efficient.
- In House
Previoulsy, we did everything in house before so PeopleMatter has been a time saver. I use to spend days just checking paperwork to make sure it was complete and then to verify applicants was a nightmare. PeopleMatter has simplified all of that and completely changed my work perimeters so that I can focus on training our manager instead of scolding them for incomplete paperwork.
Using PeopleMatter
We have 3 Administrators, 30 Managers, 34 Asst Managers and 183 employee's we all use people matter. Any new policy or procedure that goes out, is done through people matter and each employee has to sign in and acknowledge the form. The Managers and Asst Mangers use it to do there hiring, separations and employee contact information.
3 - We have three people that have access to the administrative part. I am the main user. I have access to view all of our employees and sites (Where the managers are limited to their own site and employees). I can help to see where the candidates are at with their hiring process and send them new candidates that might not have applied for their station but are in the same area.
