Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

Several departments utilize PowerDMS to organize and secure documents. We are able to control who sees what and pull reports when necessary. Some documents address more than one department and all are able to access.

It was selected for us, I only implemented it. It makes my job easier and those who need to search for documents. Every single word is searchable and that makes it easier to find what we might need.
Document signatures across several departments when implementing new procedures. Viewing more than one department's documents in the instance something could be incorrect somewhere else.
