Overall Satisfaction with Proofpoint Enterprise Privacy
Proofpoint allows a solid first layer of defense for corporate email systems of any size. Similar to an email firewall, the solution is scalable, easy to work with and has very little if any downtime at all.
- User administration is very intuitive and simple.
- Rules are quickly implemented allowing solid email incidence response.
- Enterprise support is spectacular offering to go above and beyond whenever necessary.
- Proofpoint is actively adding features and functionalities but this does take time.
- Unable to whitelist domains with wildcards.
- Detection is not always 100% but no vendor can claim that.
- Stronger security posture.
- Able to quickly respond to SPAM/Phishing campaigns.
- Business is more adaptive and agile in the security space.
