We use Quickbase in our organization internally as well as externally. Here we use Quickbase as the integration of Quickbase with Quickbook online to fetch the data into Quickbase and create some useful analysis out of that data. We solve many business solutions as we track the data on a real-time basis like we create the different dashboards as our clients see it on regular basis based on the data of QBO (Quickbook online)

We selected Quickbase as it can help us to create the application faster and easier. Here Quickbase gives us both features like integration and development. With the feature called pipeline, the user can easily integrate the third-party application with Quickbase without using any connector like Workato or Zapier. Nowadays Quickbase also provides the feature of Dashboard too. So, by considering all the points we have selected the Quickbase on top of that!!

Quickbase is very well suited where there is a workflow-related scenario where different user can get access to different role based on their position and changes the data accordingly. Here Quickbase won't be well suited or less suited where the user wants to create the professional dashboard same as Power BI or Tableau.

10 - We are using QuickBase in our organization for Internal purpose to manage workflows by creating different application which helps people to automate workflow including purchase related activity purchase to procurement workflow starting from requisition to the product/products/materials received in our organization. Secondly, we use QuickBase for our external client where we help them to improve their business activity by creating automation in the process.

3 - We required the people where they have the skills of database and some basic knowledge of HTMl, C language and business knowledge. In this role those people who have creativity for creatign dashboards those who can create the flow charts of the application in any tool like Lucid chart where they create whole diagram before actually building the application on QuickBase.

I have given QuickBase 10 rating due its flexibility in use. We can integrate QuickBase with different accounting system. We can also create the different dashboards and assign as per roles in the application. It is easy for client to track the information on real time basis and they can take the dicission quickly based on the information.

Yes - We are emphasizing clients to use more QuickBase by replacing the spreadsheets as there is more back and forth activity in the Email communication. Instead of using Power BI as Dashboard tool we are now using QuickBase as it saves the data on the cloud versus Power BI use the database of spreadsheet which saves the data on local.

In some of our appication we use QuickBase as database as it stores the data in cloud which is full of security and encrypted. For integration we use QuickBooks online accounting application to syn the data in QuickBase and genearate different reports and charts on high leval basis on QuickBase.

Mobile Interface Availability and Impressions

Yes - By using mobile interface we can quickly check the information on our mobile where we get the infomation whin a click and easily. Recently QuickBase have improve the mobile interface which far better and easy to use then before. In mobile interface we can see same chart without any disuption same as desktop.
