Overall Satisfaction with Rentle

I feel that this company shouldn't be providing payment solutions, they told me to use Stripe, since they can't help me with my request. I feel that they should try to help me with my problem and fix it for me, since I'm their client; but in my experience, no, they're telling me to switch to another company which is Stripe.

On a question about can I use any currency in my store to rent my accommodation, they told me first yes, then I told them, I'm from Austria, but I only want my customers to pay in USD currency, because it's better like that, in my experience, they told me they don't know that, and told me to go to Stripe. I believe this is bad for a company like they are, suggesting their clients switch to another company. <backlink removed>
