Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ridder in sales and production for two of our four companies. Ridder manages offers, orders, shop floor control, production, and invoicing. I am pretty happy with our freedom in Ridder, mostly in layouts and calculated columns.

BI and analysis of processes. The 'Home' tab is a nice start but is too limited. The built-in BI tool "Analytics" is too complex and needs an additional subscription.
(Financial) closing of orders.

Likelihood to Recommend

Ridder iQ is well suited for production plants that are order-based, like a machine shop. We also use Ridder for the reselling business. However, it is less appropriate for groundworks and road transport (with personnel and equipment planning). We need different software here.
