Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is being used for our GL and AP needs. We are a very small company and we use it to track the loans that we do and keeping our investors' information separate and correct. We are currently working with another firm to help build a custom application to make the solution even more robust than it currently is for our needs.

- I haven't found any issues with Sage Intacct yet.
- Sage Intacct has allowed us to streamline processes.
- We can do more with less; we have been able to allocate human capital to other areas.
There is nothing you can do in Sage Intacct that cannot be undone. It is very easy to use and set up and so customizable that you don't need to worry about a bunch of different software or plugins. It has alleviated some pain points for us in the past by continuing to adapt and upgrade.
Sage Intacct support is above and beyond support I have received from any other software company. They are easy to get ahold of and are quick to jump all over any issue, big or small. My account manager is amazing and so helpful with all of my needs. They will also alert you of issues that may happen prior to you experiencing them.

Based on how our organization operates it is hard to automate most processes. However, we have been able to set up recurring transactions that will post to the GL, including standard monthly AR. It has made some stuff that would just be mundane or time-consuming easier and quicker to do.
Sage Intacct is a great tool for all businesses. It has allowed us to grow tremendously in size, without needing tons of additional software or staff support. It is highly customizable so you can do almost anything you want in the solution. If it can't be done in the software then I can almost guarantee they have another solution that can integrate into Intacct for continued use.
