Overall Satisfaction with Sailthru
Sailthru was used by the marketing department to send out weekly newsletters and promotional emails. It addressed the business issue of gaining more insights about our customer base.
- Great UI: Simple functionality for reporting and sending out email deployments.
- Dynamic Content Generation: Offers excellent functionality for sending out relevant content to email subscribers.
- Customer Profiling: Gathers extensive information on each subscriber's interests and content consumption habits.
- I found it a bit challenging to do list segmentation within Sailthru. This may have been due to how data was being pulled from our main CRM database.
- The dynamic content tags didn't prove to be as easy to use as originally presented.
- During the six months I used Sailthru, we hadn't seen actual ROI, but that had more to do with issues within the company that delayed the full implementation of all the features Sailthru had to offer.
- Marketo,Lyris,MailChimp,Constant Contact,What Counts,Omail,Vertical Response
Sailthru is my favorite email platform that I've used thus far. It's more streamlined and user-friendly compared to Marketo and Lyris. It currently offers more functionality and customer insights than MailChimp, Constant Contact, What Counts, Omail, and Vertical Response.
