Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Audience Studio (formerly Salesforce DMP)

Salesforce Audience Studio (formerly Salesforce DMP) help my organization in many ways as mentioned below. 1) It helps to stored leads and assign leads comes from different source to different Marketing team in my Organization. 2) It help our Marketing Head to view and see in which stage the lead(Suspect, proposal and other). 3) It helps our Billing team to see the milestones and send payment reminder to client on time. 4)It keeps records of all the ongoing project in company.
  • Salesforce Audience Studio helps to create database of lead generated and helps to rectified each leads
  • Salesforce Audience Studio can be integrated with any other software
  • Salesforce Audience Studio uses AI which is latest technology to analyze and visualize data in any form
  • As I am user i dont find missing features and as I am currently working with Marketing team so its best suited for us and our company
  • Salesforce Audience Studio keeps records of all lead and can be downloaded and presented in visual form.
