Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been implementing HANA Cloud instances of BTP.
SAP HANA Cloud is a highly scalable and reliable database that comes with HANA Development Infrastructure a.k.a HDI Containers used for the development of apps natively on the HANA database.

We have been integrating SAP BTP services like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with On-Prem applications.
Business Technology Platform services are very easy to implement and maintain.

Less overhead to maintain the services on BTP than on any private cloud / On-premise.
Better ROI as we are able to adapt very quickly to the ever changing business need.
Faster deployment of the applications as infrastructure and other dependencies are handled by BTP automatically.

Any type of integration between the SAP BTP's services and the SAP On-Premise application is lengthy to configure.However, Once they are configured, very minimal effort is required to maintain the integration.Services that are offered by other cloud service providers can also be integrated into the SAP BTP portal using 'Service Manger'.SAP BTP offers multiple business solution services which are easy to deploy.

So to conclude SAP BTP is going to be highly used for any type of ERP needs in the future.

Support Rating

SAP BTP has a very large scale support team distributed across SAP's partners.
In SAP BTP each service has its own support team and you create requests using the product code which are created by SAP support.
This leads to very fast support on Critical and Very Critical issues. On the low priority issues, SAP may take up to 3-4 days to respond.
