Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1610 has been used in my company. They used system conversion from ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Now they are upgrading from 1609 to 1809. This has been used across the whole organization. SAP S/4HANA Cloud takes care of finance, order to cash, warehouse management, procurement, and material management.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud runs on HANA which is in memory database, which is faster and better then other databases.
- Fiori is the user experience that comes as default UX. Users like it very much.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud integrates with AI and machine learning, making it more effective.
- There is a performance issue, specifically a cache issue, with Fiori.
- There are so many changes back to back which is difficult for a customer to adopt, like changes with the Fiori landscape architecture.
- Problem with Modules Area which SAP S/4HANA Cloud covers. Currently, not all modules (like for the oil industry) are covered by SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- It has improved productivity.
- It has improved efficiency for users.
- Better tracking of batch management.
We have done system conversion from ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, so we've only gone with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
