Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We had been using SAP ECC and due to its lifecycle we had to upgrade and also we wanted to enhance the feature set that SAP S/4HANA Cloud was giving out in the market. All the transactions related to inventory management, order management, payroll management and its integration with other modules and SAP integrated products are happening through this product suite. It helps us to make our financial and sales ecosystem very intact and placed at ta single product suite. How SAP S/4HANA Cloud works on demand planning is also something that helps us. On a higher level, it helps us to dive deeper into our ecosystem which then helps us to take decisions that helps to make our systems more efficient.

It could help us to solve all our problem statements from every perspective ranging from feature availability, knowledge transfer, pricing, analytics dashboard to make required decisions. The support also whenever needed was on point through the helpdesk.
Product Features and Pricing were two utmost important factors for us. Since we were already using SAP in the past so we had a good knowledge around its operations and how it can be a solution to all our problem statements. We also did a POC before taking the decision and going live. From the commercial perspective, we wanted to minimize our on premises cost and wanted something on cloud based, hence we could also synergize this with our utility and need.

All our inventory management, demand management, procurement, run rates, payroll process are integrated with this module. Apart from this, the modules of SAP products are also integrated with this on top of it to run all the analytics in order to get the visibility and take the required decisions. The integration with other product line is one amazing thing to witness. Policies can be well defined and necessary access can be given to the respective teams. We wanted to have a solution in place that helps us to limit our Capex cost on the hardware and data centre costs and by opting for Cloud version of it we could justify that as well.
