Overall Satisfaction with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite
Signavio is being considered for Process Mapping of the as-is processes. The organization currently does not a have standard repository for business processes and no standardization. The organization also does not have visibility to the problems areas and improvement opportunities. The primary use case for Signavio is to enable value stream mapping at the L1/L2 level and map as-is and to-be processes at the L3/L4 levels. When mapping the to-be processes the intent is to identify improvement opportunities with existing processes. The intent is to further use industry standard best practices and run simulation to showcase the value generation to the business
- Process mapping, collaboration, and simulation. With our current landscape process mapping and the ability for business to collaborate will be critical. It will also be important for simulation to show the as-is and to-be.
- Since we currently are a non-SAP shop using Process insights and enabling data mining will be a challenge. We have to evaluate whether it will work successfully in our organization or it would be a heavy lift.
- Process Modelling and simulation
I have not evaluated other products as we were looking to implement S4 and use Signavio for business process mapping
