Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue

I'm self employed supporting small business owners and a animal welfare association in all administrative processes.
  • Professional set-up and easy to handle.
  • Many design options.
  • Easy to handle.
  • Very good price- performance ratio.
  • Very good reporting options.
  • Provide seperated fields to show two contents side-by-side like e.g. picture and text.
  • Couldn't find the possibility to send the same campaign again to a different contact list without copying the campaign.
  • The sender e-mail-address includes ...7i0ue.m-sender-sib.com. I would prefer to see just the e-mail-address.
  • I can't answer this question at the moment as I just started and created only one campaign
As the newsletter tool I use in my job as employee is tailormade for the company I work for, it offers all design and creation possibilities. I selected Sendinblue as I needed a tool to create campaigns for an animal welfare association. I like the different subscription possibilities and packages. It's really easy to handle, bearing in mind that I have some experience with another tool. It offers enough design possibilities and the campaign I sent looks as professional as the tailormade one I use. I think with more experience in usage it meets all needs for small and medium sized businesses.

I just started to use this tool and created only one campaign up to now. It's a great tool at a very good price and offers all features to create a professional newsletter. In my job as an employee of a large company I use another tool which offers more possibilities, but it is used for several newsletters from hundreds of users every day and I'm sure this is quite expensive. For occasional sent newsletters this tool is perfect and absolutely sufficient. I use the Lite package, maybe the Premium package offers more possibilities.

I didn't, as I just use it for an animal welfare association and my small business. Therefore I don't need premium support and want to keep the costs as low as possible.
I just started to use Sendinblue and contacted the support by e-mail just one time. It was at the weekend and I got a prompt reply to my question.
