Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue

We send monthly or bimonthly emails. It helps us to stay engaged with our customers and let them know about new products, service hours, and sometimes our offers.
  • Very easy to compose the emails
  • Very good support from Sendinblue
  • Integrates well in my website
  • The pricing is good - I hope it stays good!
  • I really don't get how the SMS text part works
  • I never managed to get the cart abandonment software working and replaced it with something else
  • It has had a positive ROI impact, more than any other marketing activity.
Easier to use and cheaper than Mail Chimp and Mail Poet

The emails are great, with a very easy-to-use interface. The chat line works really well, and we also email these contacts - the engagement rate on these is particularly high I haven't used all the other features.

I got the help I needed, and the agent understood right away what my issue was and what needed fixing - and he fixed a minor issue for me (which I couldn't have done myself.)
