We are currently using SharpSpring in our sales department with collaboration from our marketing team. SharpSpring has helped us with nurturing lower tier leads that our sales team doesn't have time for. With the help of SharpSpring we send these lower tier leads calculated emails to keep them engaged until they build a high enough point total for our sales team to reach out to the lead to begin the sales process. It has made our sales team much more efficient!
- Lead Nurturing - SharpSpring is a cost effective tool to nurture leads and contact them only when they are ready to buy.
- Email Marketing - SharpSpring offers a user friendly WYSIWYG email editor along with pre-developed responsive email templates to use.
- Sales CRM - Keep track of all your leads in SharpSpring. Whether they are only doing research or ready for a quote.
- Analytics - Quickly look at web metrics for your website. SharpSpring has a dashboard that reveals your website's visits, keywords searched and most popular landing pages, etc.
- I have had a few instances of SharpSpring going down.
- SharpSpring's resource center could be more extensive.
- SharpSpring's workflows and task could be more intuitive.

I've used Hubspot which is a similar tool but is a little more robust. We just didn't need all of that functionality with Hubspot and the price was much more. For our needs SharpSpring was the perfect solution. We really wanted a simple to use marketing automation tool that we could train our clients to use and SharpSpring was that tool.
