Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is our in-house Marketing Automation tool. Although it's an all-in-one tool, we mostly use the Marketing function of the product. We use this tool with regional marketing teams, globally. It addresses our need for an agile, easy-to-use automation and email marketing tool.
  • Ease-of-use: SharpSpring is very user-friendly and intuitive. It's easy to edit or create an email, set up workflows, and navigate around the platform.
  • Versatile: SharpSpring is an all-in-one tool that you can use for your email program, sales pipeline, CRM, marketing automation, and social media.
  • Customer service: I often frequent the online help center that has a lot of easy-to-understand solutions to many questions that come up. If this doesn't solve the issue, tech support is very responsive and the account management team is also very accommodating.
  • Reporting: There are some basic reports that you can pull from the data in SharpSpring, but I would love to see some more robust reporting overall, especially with the sales feature. Aggregated reports across multiple pipelines, for example, would be great to have access to.
  • Customer segmentation: The platform could use a bit more in-depth customer segmentation features. I sometimes feel the list-building is not as intuitive as it could be.
  • Visitor ID: We have a multi-site with several language sites. It would be nice if we could track them separately vs a single root domain.
  • We've seen better overall adoption due to the platform features, functionality, and ease of use.
  • We've also seen a better relationship between Sales and Marketing. We are able to collaborate more on full-funnel programs.
  • Our engagement rate and quality of leads has improved across the organization.
Of the alternate products, SharpSpring was the best fit for our needs in the organization and we felt we could utilize this tool well. The pricing model was also the most straightforward and matched our needs the best.
SharpSpring is great for marketing and sales teams looking for automation solutions. Although we currently run a separate CRM, it's nice to have the built-in functionality to house all the data under a single roof and across multiple teams.
