Overall Satisfaction with Skedda

This tool is used to offer staff the chance to work in our company office on days that they cannot work on a client site.

  • For non tech users, instructions on creating tags would be useful. Maybe I missed this.

Great that staff can book their own tables so easily.

One thing that would be useful that isn't already on the system to my knowledge, is it would be good if users of the system are sent a reminder on the day that they have booked a table. This reminder could also include a 'confirm table in use' and 'confirm table not required' button. This would then also prompt them to cancel the booking on that same day if they no longer need the booked workspace. Otherwise, this is left to the 'Owner' on Skedda to keep a check that desks are not being blocked by users who have not turned up at the office, thus preventing other users from making use of that workspace.

For a non tech person more training on the in-depth functionality would be appreciated and useful.

Using Skedda

For a non-tech person, it isn't clear to me how to create and use tags. Some instruction/training would be useful.
