For training purposes for clients, partners, and staff members, we deploy Skilljar Customer Education Software. This covers everything, from certificates to compliance training. It was challenging to recruit users for our old LMS since it was cumbersome and unfriendly. This is addressed by Skilljar Customer Education Software, a user-friendly platform that has assisted in boosting engagement and lowering turnover.

It's a fairly simple system to use and pick up, however there are a few small things that need modification.

Support Rating

The customer service from Skilljar has been outstanding, a far cry from the poor response times I've had while working with some of their rivals. Over the last year, we have only reported one problem, and it was quickly remedied.

Great reporting and analytics are available right out of the box with Skilljar Customer Education Software. It saves time because it's so simple to submit assets and create courses. I do wish the system could email customers a scheduled report without requiring them to have dashboard access or be logged into their training accounts. Setting up the Skilljar Customer Education Software was simple and quick. With earlier carriers, this was a problem in the past. The integration is all well-functioning and simple to set up.
