Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

Support and after-sales service for a service or product when the number of customers is more than 50 people is so complicated, but with Skilljar CES LMS platform, we can be better supported and provided them with training as a comprehensive and integrated system. It has all the essentials that we need to create online self studies for customers and commercial partners.
  • Simplicity in content creation and user-friendliness of the platform in backend
  • Access and easy use of users and customers to educational content produced in front end
  • It has support SCORM
  • Can use Embedded remote videos into contents
  • Failure to identify all video formats when embedding 3rd party videos
  • Designing and changing templates currently requires HTML knowledge, which I think should work on a simpler and more attractive drag and drop design system.
  • It has sometimes interfered with SCORM
The persistence and effort in developing this platform is commendable
The support team sometimes delays a simple answer for five to six hours. I think they should be more professional and faster
