Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used to calculate commissions for the sales org. I haven't seen any issues with spiff since it pulls data from salesforce. Sometimes our commissions aren't accurate but that's usually due to bad data in SF. I find it easy to use and helpful for me to check out my upcoming commissions

How spiff is used in my org is handy for sales reps. I don't have any other recommendations are use cases to suggest since I think it does what it's supposed to do. Any time there's something that's inaccurate in Spiff, it's usually due to bad data going in. But that's just what I've learned as a basic user/viewer
