Great tool for sales peeps to see what they're getting paid!
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used to calculate commissions for the sales org. I haven't seen any issues with spiff since it pulls data from salesforce. Sometimes our commissions aren't accurate but that's usually due to bad data in SF. I find it easy to use and helpful for me to check out my upcoming commissions

Cons
- I honestly have no bad feedback for spiff.
- I like the transparency of the compensation calculations. Any issues I have with them are easily resolved
I think the increased visibility allows sales reps to see exactly why their comp is where it is
