Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr

Sprinklr is used across our consumer business and in use globally. It links together all social teams across the globe and this was one of the many reasons why we purchased it as it enabled global enablement.

Sprinklr is amazing at setting up the governance and enablement for a hub and spoke global social media team. I love the permissions/access and the ability to see who is using it, and who is not. I like the reporting features around content performance and team activities as I mentioned. The central asset management system has solved a big problem in facilitating sharing of content that is approved and meets brand expectation. Sprinklr has really helped our social to be consistent and timely across the globe.
