Overall Satisfaction with StackAdapt
We use it to run a variety of video campaigns with a number of different objectives. We've leveraged StackAdapt for awareness campaigns, generating a large pool of users to then retarget at a later date with more targeted content, as well as boosting content for clicks in hopes on driving on-page conversions for clients.
Pros
- Communication: Their reps are incredibly transparent, thorough and detailed. I really, really appreciate that.
- Creativity: Not only are the reps communicative, they actually bring new, fresh ideas to the table. As busy as we are, I can't thank them enough for that.
- Easy-to-use: As detailed as the dashboard is, it's actually pretty easy to use and bring new users up-to-speed on.
Cons
- I'd like to see easier grouped campaign reporting.
- Easy to find benchmarks and anticipated results. I love how LinkedIn's ad platform gives you examples of what to expect with your campaign. Having an easily accessible view of benchmarks and projected results would be great.
- Live mockups. Like Teads, I'd love to see shareable mockups of ads to share with stakeholders for approval.
- More refined strategy for video display ads.
- More targeting options and features for niche audience segments.
- A higher quality of traffic from display ads.
I couldn't find Teads in the dropdown, but that's what I'd most compare StackAdapt too. Both generated strong results for our various clients and campaigns run on the platforms, but overall, I've been far more impressed with StackAdapt. Not only is StackAdapt's dashboard incredibly clean and easy to navigate, the quality of results we're seeing within the slick dashboard is more impressive.
