Overall Satisfaction with Survey Anyplace
I chose SurveyAnyplace (Enterprise level) for an employee experience assessment tool my company's marketing team built. The team is using this tool to generate leads by raising awareness of potential issues in a prospect's employee experience and providing tailored tips for how to improve it. The assessment tool asks 25 questions then provides a score in one of four quadrants based on the user's results, then shares tips.
Pros
- Great customer support.
- Ease of use.
- Clean documentation.
Cons
- Functionality is continuing to evolve.
- So far, so good -- we're generating leads as desired.
Outgrow's pricing was simply not competitive -- to my memory, it was about 6x per month what SurveyAnyplace charges for their Enterprise plan, which felt extravagant considering our scope. Their sales team was also rather difficult to work with.
