Overall Satisfaction with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
We use SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP with HA extension, for SAP, virtualized, and on-premise. It's a solid-robust OS for long time runs. Some servers still in use are SuSE 10!
This doesn't mean it is immutable, as with the new version, new characteristics (mainly to secure the OS) come up.

- Robust. A distro focused in reliability that allows you to patch live without the need to reboot.
- Complete installation options to fit almost any need.
- Yast2 is a great system-wide configuration utility.
- Documentation for advanced functionalities are not always well documented.
- Subscriptions are not an easy thing to manage, but no impossible.
- There are some issues related to too strict rpm management.
- SAP integration

- Support is excellent
