Overall Satisfaction with Telit IoT Platform
We use a large number of SIM cards from Telit which are managed via the Telit IoT platform. We mainly use the UI for SIM investigating issues and also use a large number of the APIs for SMS, geolocation, and billing.
- Management UI is very good
- The range of API is excellent
- Price per SIM is competitive
- Worldwide coverage is very good
- Ability to swap underlying providers would be good
- Support sometimes struggles with very complex issues
- Cost per SIM has reduced costs overall
- Centralised management of services has sped up development time
- wyless, wirelesslogic and Twilio Voice
Telit is competitive on price but has a vastly better API and centralised management system than competitors. Other providers have better worldwide coverage and ability to swap networks.
