Overall Satisfaction with Trellix Endpoint Security
We were in need for an AV solution and this product was recommended to us by our vendor.
It was used basically to protect employee endpoints, servers and also provide an intuitive platform for managing and take decisions.
We had the on prem and the cloud version in our environment.

- Simple to deploy

Cons
- Simplify the configuration.
- Simplify the troubleshooting.
- Bad product support can cause delays in decisions.
- Without EDR, which can isolate the endpoint can be difficult to approach the product.
- Licensing is easy to understand.
At the time we took the decision all other products seemed to be complicated in usage and licensing. Trellix was very simple in all the aspects: licensing, usage, support.
It also was very simple to deploy, setup and manage.
Product interface was simple to understand and even employees found it easy to use if asked.
