Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We need to track hours with some degree of specificity and have previously been using a spreadsheet to do so. I don't think I need to detail just how awful tracking your hours in Excel is...
  • TSheets is ridiculously simple to set up and customize for your needs as a company.
  • Being able to track hours manually or through a simple punch in/out timer is nice.
  • Customer support is phenomenal.
  • I'd like to see an expanded knowledge base in the future.
  • Tracking hours manually through a spreadsheet was a nightmare, so alleviating that stress has been paramount.
We came across TSheets during a meeting when we were discussing possible payroll software. The majority of our team is remote and we tend to need a fair amount of control over how we track our hours and what we're doing at a given time. TSheets has a fantastic level of control and options built in that allows us to really get down to the nitty gritty of where we spend our time while working. Granted, we don't need to track the minutiae of our day to day activities, but it helps to be able to provide detailed reports in a timely manner.

We were previously using spreadsheets to track our hours and I don't think I need to tell you how much that sucks.

I've been working on and off with a few reps at TSheets on how to get things configured and I've just finished speaking to Jen D most recently. While all the people I've spoken to at TSheets have been exceptionally helpful I must champion Jen specifically due to her friendly demeanor as well as swift response to my questions. I'm sure she gets asked a thousand questions similar to the ones I asked her on a daily basis, but was exceptionally friendly and genuinely interested in helping me out.

Anyway, Jen D is a rockstar.
