We use UiPath to automate internal company processes. We automate from simple processes such as reading and sending emails, reading PDFs, extracting structured data from the web, filling spreadsheets with more elaborate things like migrating systems with Citrix, OCR and others.

UiPath has an extremely active community on forums and social networks.
UiPath has an extremely active community on forums and social networks. The tool is extremely simple to implement and start using.
Anyone who does not have experience with programming or with RPA is able to sit down and develop skill early.
The academy courses provide a good notion of using the tool and implementing the selectors and it is very well done. The ease of configuring the orchestrator is of great value.

Cons

Unfortunately the price of UiPath licenses are a bit expensive for us as we are a small company.
UiPath does not have as many activity options as its competitors and ReFramework, at first, is very difficult to completely master.

Robots perform tasks 24/7.
Low error tax.
Low maintance cost.

UiPath is the ideal tool for beginners, it has very well explained courses, it is visually pleasing and easy the learning curve is low.

Since implementation we realize that UiPath has reduced a good part of the costs of our company. We can relocate our employees to more cognitive tasks, leaving the more procedural with the robot, which can perform such tasks in a continuous way and with a low error rate.
