Overall Satisfaction with Vagaro

I have been on the user end of Vagaro to schedule regular appointments and make payments to outside vendors that I frequently use, such as my professional hairstylist. It helps avoid the back and forth with asking questions because the platform displays the pricing of the service, vendor availability, and description of the service.

Pros

  • Online scheduling.
  • Displaying pricing.
  • Full service description.

Cons

  • A cancellation feature doesn't seem to be available.
  • Adding photos to the description would be a plus.
  • How to locate certain feature as opt in is hard to find.
  • Appointment scheduling.

  • The complexity of canceling an appointment.
StyleSeat is a scheduling platform for the end user. It also allows you to pay directly in the app, along with tipping. StyleSeat is also a well-known product used in the service industry that offers more bells and whistles. Although, you can sometimes get bombarded with ads and emails.

If you are a service provider that needs to provide your clients with a detailed description of your services along with allowing them to schedule appointments, then Vagaro is a very good product to get that done. If you need to have your clients add on to their service, it appears that this won't allow you to do that.
