Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

[VanillaSoft] is used by our sales department only. We use it for lead prioritization and customer management. It helps us prioritize assisting or calling customers in the order that our company wants to call/manage them in. It's integrated with SalesForce so that helps with the customer service/management side as well.

VanillaSoft is really good for companies who need help with call/priority management. Even more so for companies that have reps who have either hundreds of thousands of clients they work with. It helps the employees to make more calls in a shorter period of time. It helps them maximize their time.
