Overall Satisfaction with VeriDoc Sign

We tried out VeriDoc Sign as an alternative for Adobe. We sometimes had to have teachers, students and parents sign documents. We needed a way for them to sign securely and for us to verify those signatures. My employer used VeriDoc Sign across the entire organization, and dozens of employees and managers used it during our try-out period.
  • Professional-looking docs
  • Reasonable price
  • Use of blockchain
  • Company needs to offer better training and instructions!
  • Can't search docs by name of recipient
  • Can't store docs or signatures as templates for future use
  • Cost
  • Polished looking documents
  • Security
  • Positive: low cost to try it out
  • Negative: learning curve wasted some of our time
  • Negative: led to extra time being processing signed documents
Adobe turned out to be better, since instructions, training and support are more plentiful and easier to find. VeriDoc Sign was not as intuitive to learn and was missing some key features, which made Adobe comparatively more efficient and a better value despite the higher price tag for the latter. We ended up sticking with Adobe.

Do you think VeriDoc Sign delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with VeriDoc Sign's feature set?

No

Did VeriDoc Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of VeriDoc Sign go as expected?

No

Would you buy VeriDoc Sign again?

No

This might be an okay solution for a smaller business or organization that doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a document signing solution. For a large org like a school district, where the same documents need to be signed regularly, it doesn't work as well, since you can't use templates. It leads to redundant work.
