On several occasions, they have gone out of their way to provide off-hours support with the same engineer I had worked with during normal business hours, which really helped resolve the issues. Horizon is fantastic as a way to provide secure access to and control of sensitive data. You can deliver an application that is run on a server in your data center which you have full control over—all data and processing resides there and the user can access it securely from anywhere in the world. It's also fantastic as a replacement for more traditional VPN style remote access because it doesn't require you to trust the user's endpoint in the same way since you're not admitting any additional devices to your local network.
