Vuforia Chalk is a great tool for collaborative work, I deploy Vuforia Chalk for customers that require an easier and better way to implement remote support and help solve questions from the workforce. We also use Vuforia chalk to do remote FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests). Especially when the pandemic started and all traveling was canceled inside the country, we started using it as a tool to be able to do FATs remotely, supporting customers at a distance.

- Web-version used to be a bit limited, in terms of users and features. Is on the roadmap to improve in future versions
- No subscription version limited to 3 minutes calls.
- Group Calls
- Augmented Reality annotations and tracking.
- Web version allows for easier use.
- Savings in mobility (traveling) when performing determined Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Customers like the possibility of engaging in Augmented Reality Solutions.
- Remote support is faster and easier, with a visual tool to see and do annotations in the screen.
