Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We are a MSP and we use WatchGuard Network Security, not only at our office but we use WatchGuard with all our clients. The WatchGuards have proven to be more than enough protection for our small to medium businesses. We The hard ware is small enough to fit any situation and the software security can be configured to provide topnotch security for the local office while providing remote access through VPN and site point to point as well. We are very happy behind our WatchGuard Firewalls

- The units are easily configured and the configurations are easily backed up and can be used as a base configuration for other sites
- The WatchGuard Website is not as user friendly as it could be
- We have been able to demonstrate the effectiveness of this product to 100% of our clients
- With reports generated from the log files this becomes and easy sale.
- The Support has always been there with the answers when needed
- Their support will help with any unusual setup and configuration.
We purchase the units through a reseller but we get quotes and assistance directly from our WatchGuard Rep,
We typically manage the devices by logging directly into the device, However they do have a console which we will be acquiring soon. The Demo is very impressive.
We have several clients with multiple locations. The site to site connections through the WatchGuards give access to the local servers from all points. This makes for a great return on the investment. One company has five sites with many outside sales persons, they all have a safe encrypted access to the same data.
I believe the WatchGuard network Network Security is the industry standard. There is no better at this price point.
