Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings thru out all divisions within the state of NC. Once Covid restrictions went into effect, our usage quadrupled. We use for meetings, for video visitation, for telemed, training, for all most every aspects possible.
- Gives everyone a voice in any meeting/training/event
- Allows all parties to view the same materials at the same time, in addition to hearing and seeing reactions and evaluations of materials
- Closes the gaps between the technology savvy and the not so much. Webex Meetings makes it easy to use and not have IT after your title.
- The initial start of use. It is not a very user-friendly system to start. While the meeting is easy with a green button, learning the how-to of Webex Meeting isnt as simple.
- Provide more explanations in the HELP area, maybe more step by step with pictures for non experts to go by
- Im sure the return has been very positive
- All levels of management from Governor to admins have embraced the webex lifestyle in NCDPS
- Increased productivity and communication
