Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
I use it almost every day. Being a consultant, I have to go on client calls and having Wingman on the call for note-making and recording really helps to recall and later send minutes of the meeting to the client. It eliminated the need for note-making and ensured anytime access to any call recordings. With 3 back to back client calls almost every day, Wingman has made it easier to make notes, manage tasks and action items!
- Makes recording sharing easier via link. Also provides an option to trim and send snippets of recordings.
- Integration with Google ensures that Wingman is added on all external client calls without the extra effort of enabling recording every time.
- Can easily filter out recordings with keywords.
- Sensing action items and preparing a separate list for it.
- Recordings database.
- Ability to filter recording.
- Don't know numbers but helped to improve productivity.
