Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use it for notetaking and transcribing all of our external calls with partners, customers, and prospects -- as well as on weekly internal team meetings.

  • Hard to measure the ROI in terms of time/money, but you get the peace of mind knowing you can focus your attention on the call and not take notes during it.
We chose Wingman to start because they didn't have a seat minimum and they were more affordable. Once we started using the tool, I actually really enjoyed the UI and overview of each deal. Great integrations as well for what we need.

Great for sales and customer success calls. It allows our management team to go back and review/provide feedback collaboratively so we can talk through certain points. Helps us share customer feedback with our product and engineering teams too.
