Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We use Workfront to manage system enhancements for our agencies' main information system. Workfront is used to assign tasks and give time limits for those tasks to keep projects on schedule. We also use Workfront to project enhancement costs and then track actual cost for each enhancement. Workfront is also used to keep track of individual worker's hours used in their 40 hour work week.
  • Mapping out tasks. You are able to assign specific tasks to the person best suited to complete that task.
  • Controlling projected and actual hours to assign and then let assigned workers use.
  • The only example I can give is that when creating a project more copy and paste functionality would help so that a project can be easily personalized for the different projects you are creating.
  • Workfront helps with accountability for assigned task completion as well as meeting deadlines.
Workfront has a well thought out personnel administrative layout for entering and updating Workfront users. Reporting aspects are okay, but lack some flexibility and intuitive layout for adding needed elements to your reports.
