Overall Satisfaction with WYSIWYG Web Builder
I develop webistes for small local business and local governments. I switched to WYSIWYG Web Builder (Wizzy) about 4 years ago when I ran into limitations with the development software I was using. Wizzy allows me to develop truly custom website for my clients, not being tied to templates. I can build a simple site for a customer in a few hours.

Sites can be hosted on my reseller hosting account or easily load sites to a customer's hosting company. If a customer needs to make updates to certain parts of their site, that is easily accomidated by an online editor that only allows changes to specified sections. I don't have to worry about a customer messing up the whole site. Wizzy is inexpensive enough that I frequently included a license with a project along with the development files so my customers never have to feel like they are being held hostage to their developer.

I still use Xara for graphic design and image editing. But the web development in WYSIWYG Web Builder is far superior. Compared to online editors like Weebly, Wix, etc WYSIWYG Web Builder allows you to experiment with different options saved to different files. With the online builders you can't easily have 5 options to show a client. And you don't have backup copies in case the work you did, didn't work out.

Evaluating WYSIWYG Web Builder and Competitors
Yes - Xara Web Designer - nice tool but doesn't work well with other web products such as ecommerce and php scripts.
Weebly - nice tool but WYSIWYG Web builder allows us to greatly reduce our monthly cost
Wix - probably a very powerful online tool, but not very intuituve. Spent a month building a simple site along with the help of another developer.

Originally purchased WYSIWYG Web Builder to integrate with Ecwid ecommerce. Once I started with it I quickly replaced the other web building tools I was using.
Just wish I had found WYSIWYG Web Builder sooner.

No preimium support is offered. Support is via email and forum. The forum provides excellent support from the user community and the developer.
I just went live with a customer's website this week. I had an issue and posted to the forum. Had a reply back within hours. The reply suggested the reason for my issue and options to resolve.
