Overall Satisfaction

  • It gives you the benefit of keeping track of you resolved and unresolved tickets. Zendesk makes it easy to look at the history of a specific problems and see all related tickets in one place.
  • It helps communication with the end user. One of the features we like is the ability for IT to collaborate on tickets with end users This is sometimes very useful in resolving more complex problems.
  • I haven't find anything unsatisfactory with the product yet.
  • The main benefit for us is that Zendesk helps us deal with customer issues in a timely way and thus our customer base is much happier than they might otherwise be.
This is an excellent product. Very user friendly, fast, cloud based. Every IT Department should consider this product in today's fast-moving business environment.
I would recommend Zendesk highly to any customer support team.
