Zix has been implemented in all of our emails for encryption of personal information.
  • Automatically scans for emails that should be encrypted.
  • Rejects emails that have sensitive information in the subject line.
  • User friendliness on selecting emails to encrypt. Maybe a toggle button to encrypt outgoing emails.
  • Peace of mind of protection of personal information.
Customer service, widely accepted, ease of use for recipient.
We send wiring instructions daily and Zix does a great job of protecting our information.
